For license activation and license renewal, 15 hours of CE must be completed as follows: Salespersons must complete the mandatory 3-hour CE course entitled Risk Management: Initial Contact to Accepted Offer and 12 hours of elective CE courses. Brokers must complete two mandatory 3-hour CE courses entitled Risk Management: Initial Contact to Accepted Offer and Mandatory Broker CE Course along with 9 hours of elective CE courses.Welcome to the Alabama Real Estate Commission.
